Question 10

How do I request a quote?

Accepted Answer

You can submit an enquiry through the website or contact CS Built directly.

Tell us a little about your project, including the type of work, location and what you are looking to achieve, and the team can discuss the next steps with you.

Question 11

What should I include when I enquire?

Accepted Answer

It helps to provide as much information as you have available, including:

• The type of project
• The property location
• What you want to build or change
• Any plans or drawings you already have
• Your preferred timeframe

If you are still in the early stages, that is fine too. We can start with the information you already have.

Question 12

Who will I be dealing with during my project?

Accepted Answer

CS Built is a Canterbury building company led by Clinton Smither and supported by an experienced building team.

The focus is on clear communication and keeping clients informed as the project moves through each stage.

Question 13

Can you work from plans I already have?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you already have plans or drawings prepared, CS Built can review the project and discuss the construction requirements with you.

If you are still at an earlier stage, get in touch and we can discuss where the project is currently at.

Question 14

Can I send through photos or project information before getting a quote?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Photos, plans, drawings and other project information can help give the team a clearer understanding of what you are looking to achieve.

You can include these when making an enquiry or provide them during the early discussions about your project.

Question 15

How early should I contact CS Built about my project?

Accepted Answer

It is worth getting in touch as early as possible, particularly for new homes, developments and larger renovations or extensions.

Early contact gives the team a better understanding of your project and allows the construction requirements, timing and next steps to be discussed before work begins.
