We start with a conversation about your ideas, site, budget and timeline.
Whether you already have concept plans or are starting from scratch, this step gives clarity on what’s achievable and the best pathway forward.
Concepts, Feasibility & Cost Guidance
We review design direction, site layout and planning requirements, highlighting buildability considerations and potential cost drivers early. This ensures the design stays aligned with your budget and priorities.
Detailed Design & Documentation
Working with your architect and consultants, we refine the design for practicality, performance and programme. We coordinate structural details and documentation required for building consent and accurate pricing.
Pricing & Build Agreement
With final plans complete, we prepare a comprehensive price with clear inclusions and exclusions. You can choose a fixed-price contract or an open-book arrangement depending on your preferences and the complexity of the build.
Construction, Handover & Aftercare
Our team manages all trades, inspections and sequencing on site, with regular updates and progress photos throughout. At completion, we walk the home with you, resolve touch-ups and hand over warranties, documentation and Code of Compliance. We remain available for aftercare as you move in.
